To check if the oil level ranges between dynamic fullness and static fullness before starting the generator, and then you should check if the air switch stays at the “off” place.
1.To check if water tank’s water level meets the starting requirements, and then to check whether diesel oil’s Octane Number meets the requirements.

2.Before starting the generator, you shall observe whether the battery cable’s positive pole is accurately connected with the negative pole, and then observe whether the starting is normal.

3.After the starting, you shall observe whether oil pressure is normal, and the oil pressure usually ranges between 0.4 MPa and 0.6 MPa.

4.Three-minute free running is needed before starting, and then the speed shall be advanced to rated rotating speed (1,500 r/min). Three minutes later, you shall observe whether oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature, voltage, and frequency are in normal range.

5.To supply power in the event that the observation results are normal, and the power supply procedures are as follows: firstly, shutting brake, and then separating it. After confirming that the cable is normal, the brake shall be shut off again. And then you should observe whether the voltage is 400 V, the frequency is 50 Hz, and the current stays in rated range. If the oil pressure and water temperature are both normal, the operation procedures are completed.

6.Manufacturer’s suggestions: You shall be familiar with materials like Diesel Generator Set’s Instruction before operation, and Diesel Engine Instruction, and you shall stop the generator for examination or enquire manufacturer in the event of abnormal situation.
